Our Fall Festival (formerly known as LAVINRAC) is October 27, 2024 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. in the front parking lot (on University Avenue). We’d love for you to party with us, but you can also sign up to help:
- Help set up the event at 1:15 p.m.
- Provide a trunk and man your trunk–decorate with any theme you want along with a game. Provide candy and/or prizes (OU will provide back up candy). Trunk set up starts at 2:15 p.m. Trunks should be ready to go by 2:50 p.m.
- Chili Cook Off-provide your own crock pot of chili.
- Help with Clean Up
- Donate Extra Candy
